Suzanne Lyons has over 25 years of international experience delivering complex, high-value client programmes across Europe, the Caribbean, and North America.

Specialising in private client services, Suzanne has a proven track record in managing client relationships, overseeing multi-jurisdictional operations, and delivering seamless, end-to-end solutions for discerning clientele. Her career spans leadership roles in global property operations, international event management, and luxury travel sectors, where she has consistently been responsible for business development, operational performance, and stakeholder engagement at the highest level.

Most recently serving as Operations Director in the Cayman Islands and Canada, Suzanne led company-wide strategy, expansion planning, and key partner negotiations, while maintaining direct oversight of client experience, and international supplier networks.
