Nicola Mitton is a highly accomplished investigative professional with more than 30 years of experience operating at the most demanding end of British policing.

Her career began with Kent Police in 1994, where she quickly developed a reputation for her natural investigative ability, eventually progressing into the Major Crime Unit and contributing to a wide range of significant investigations. Her strength lies in her methodical, thoughtful approach and instinct for identifying the truth—bringing structure and clarity to situations that are often far from straightforward.

As a nationally accredited specialist, she has conducted and advised on hundreds of interviews across a wide spectrum of individuals and circumstances.
