Nick Reid is a dynamic leader with a successful career trajectory that bridges both the public and private sectors.  

His professional journey began as an officer in the British Army, where he demonstrated outstanding leadership and strategic thinking while serving with dedication. During his time in the Army, Nick cultivated a robust ability to navigate high-pressure situations, manage complex operations and inspire teams to perform at their best. These foundational experiences established Nick as a skilled leader with a strong focus on discipline, adaptability, and achieving results. 

Transitioning to the corporate world, Nick brought his management experience Initially with an international food distributor in the regional management team, before moving into Communications where he grew the business into a leading provider of bespoke corporate communications, before overseeing a successful merger with the IT company. Nick excelled in leading teams and implementing strategies that delivered substantial business results. He was instrumental in driving innovation across the organisation, introducing cutting-edge technology solutions and fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.  

With a deep understanding of business operations and customer needs, Nick focused on creating sustainable growth by optimising processes, enhancing service delivery, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders. His strategic approach to leadership ensured that the company remained competitive in an ever-evolving industry landscape, while his emphasis on team development and empowerment helped cultivate a high-performing workforce. 

In April 2025, Nick took on a new challenge by joining Securitatem Installations as Managing Director. In this role, he is tasked with leading the company through a phase of strategic growth and operational excellence. Leveraging his extensive leadership experience, Nick is dedicated to shaping the future of Securitatem Installations by expanding its market presence, strengthening its operational capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. His vision for the company revolves around building long-term success while adapting to the evolving needs of the industry and its clients.
